This announcement is to provide advance notification of maintenance to our helpdesk and support system.

On Friday evening (8 April 2011) we will be taking our helpdesk offline for maintenance which should not take more than 1-2 hours. During this time we ask all clients wanting to contact us to check the helpdesk URL (https://www.clook.info/helpdesk/) and if still in maintenance NOT to attempt to use it or our usual contact email addresses.

While in maintenance we will be continuing to monitor all servers and network as we normally do. If anyone wishes to contact our support team we ask that an email is sent to staff@clook.net instead of using the helpdesk or normal email addresses and also ask that this is reserved for urgent issues only. If not urgent we'd appreciate it if contact is delayed until our helpdesk is back online.

This announcement will be updated when all work is complete.

This work is starting now. At this point we estimate the time until completion to be approx 5-7 hours which is more than originally thought.

Unfortunately we hit some problems with the work we were doing so have reverted back to the previous software version that we have had in place for some time. The large scale work that was attempted tonight will be tried again at a later date.

Our helpdesk and support portal is now back online and can be used for contacting us.
